Your GP

M.J. Bhogal-Statham, MD, works as an independent solo GP and has a broad interest in all aspects of general practice. Her particular areas of interest include paediatrics, minor surgery, women’s health and travel medicine.

Alongside her work at the practice, she is involved in training medical students and academic teaching within the General Practice programme at Erasmus MC. This brings together patient care, medical education and research within our practice.

She also participates in out-of-hours GP services at Huisartsenpost Schievliet, providing GP care outside regular practice hours.

Our team

Our team consists of the GP, medical assistants, two practice nurses and medical students. Together, we are committed to providing personal, accessible and well-organised care.

As a teaching practice, we regularly welcome medical students completing their clinical training. They may observe or participate in your consultation. If you would prefer not to have a medical student present, please let us know. You are always free to decline their participation.

Personal and modern GP care

We combine the continuity of having one dedicated GP with the convenience of modern healthcare. Where safe and appropriate, care can be arranged quickly and easily online. Whenever a face-to-face consultation or physical examination is needed, we will be happy to see you at the practice.

Accessibility

Our practice is located in Schiedam. We preferably accept patients living within the 3011–3125 postcode area.

Our practice is wheelchair accessible and can be reached by lift. Free parking is available.
