Repeat prescription

Request your repeat medication for a chronic condition via Uw Zorg Online (e-portal or app).

• We process your request within 3–5 working days.

• After we have sent your prescription, the pharmacy may need an additional 3–5 working days to process it. For questions about your prescription or when your medication will be ready, please contact your pharmacy directly.

• Is it urgent? Do not request your medication via the e-portal or app. Please call the practice instead.

• Do you use long-term medication? Please contact us in your birth month for your annual review.

• Medication prescribed by a specialist should be requested through the hospital.
