Via the e-portal or the app, you have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to:

• Your medical record
• E-consultations with the GP
• Requesting repeat prescriptions

Medication from a specialist
Do you use medication prescribed by a specialist? If so, please request it through the hospital.

 

E-consult

An e-consult is intended for brief, non-urgent medical questions.

Important rules:

• You can send an e-consult on working days between 09:00 and 16:00.
• Only ask questions that concern you personally.
• Use one e-consult for a single question or topic.
• You will usually receive a response within 3 to 5 working days.

 

For children and informal caregivers

• An e-portal can be set up for children up to the age of 15.
• Young people aged 16 and older should contact the practice themselves.
• Are you an informal caregiver? Please let us know. We can record this in the medical record.
